Please review the following Terms Of Use carefully and contact our office with any questions PRIOR to proceeding with the use of our Services.
REFUNDS
RESULTS are expected, but not guaranteed, as follows:
- Expedited RT-PCR will be emailed by 12:00AM (midnight the day of testing).
- In-house RT-PCR will be emailed within 1-2 hours of testing.
- Rapid antigen test will be emailed within 15-30 minutes of testing.
*These times might vary during particularly heavy testing days.**Please check your SPAM folder. Call our office Monday-Friday between 9:30AM-5:00PM EST, if you do not receive your results in the expected time frame.
Your use of our services for strictly testing does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with Farragut Medical and Travel Care.
MEDICARE:
We do not take MEDICARE and you are not able to file with MEDICARE. Since we do not participate with MEDICARE, that means that MEDICARE will not accept nor pay for any claims sent to them from a member. If you have secondary insurance or supplemental insurance to MEDICARE, they will also not accept nor pay for any services due to the non-participation with MEDICARE by our Providers.
You acknowledge that, to the extent legally allowed, Farragut Medical and Travel Care reserves the right to decide how it will contact you regarding any service messages and other communications – among other options, we specifically reserve the right to use email, text/SMS message, or telephone call – and you agree that any reasonable means of contact selected by Farragut Medical and Travel Care shall suffice for timely and adequate notice.
You acknowledge and agree that Farragut Medical and Travel Care shall hold no liability or responsibility for any losses, liabilities, damages, harms, costs, expenses, fees, or penalties, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Terms that results from factors beyond the scope of our reasonable control. This includes without limitation, acts of God, weather, the slowdown or shutdown of carriers, transportation, and/or utilities, strikes and protests, border delays, health crises and/or pandemic illnesses, closures and/or lock-downs, acts of warfare and/or terrorism, and actions taken by government agencies.
THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND FARRAGUT MEDICAL & TRAVEL CARE REGARDING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND ANY PURCHASES AND USED OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES HERETHROUGH AVAILABLE. BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS.
